Q: Where is my recording data stored?

A: All recording data is stored only on your device. We never transmit data to external servers. Privacy is our top priority.

Q: What are the limitations of the free plan?

A: The free plan allows up to 5 recordings per day, with a maximum of 30 seconds per recording. Upgrading to Premium gives you unlimited recordings up to 5 minutes each.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Go to iPhone "Settings" app → Apple ID → "Subscriptions" and cancel the Vocalis Studio subscription from there.

Q: How do I restore my purchase?

A: In the app, go to "Settings" → "Manage Subscription" → "Restore Purchase". If you're signed in with the same Apple ID, your previous purchase will be restored.

Q: How do I delete my recording data?

A: In the recording list, swipe left on the recording you want to delete and tap "Delete". Uninstalling the app will delete all data.

Q: Is it safe to grant microphone access?

A: Yes, it's safe. The microphone is used only for recording functionality and is active only when you press the record button. Recording data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted externally.
