Vocalis Studio Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using Vocalis Studio (hereinafter referred to as "the App") between all users who use the App (hereinafter referred to as "Users") and the provider of the App (hereinafter referred to as "We").

By using the App, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The App is a voice training support application that provides voice recording and pitch analysis functions.

Main features:

Voice recording function
Scale audio playback function
Real-time pitch detection function
Recording data analysis and visualization
Recording history management

Article 3 (Account)

An Apple ID is required to use the App. Users shall be responsible for properly managing their Apple ID.

Article 4 (Paid Services)

The App offers both a Free Plan and a Premium Plan (paid).

Free Plan

Up to 5 recordings per day
Maximum 30 seconds per recording
Basic pitch analysis features

Premium Plan (¥500/month)

Unlimited recordings
Maximum 5 minutes per recording
Access to all features

Purchase of paid services is conducted through the Apple App Store purchase system. Payment methods, billing, and refund policies are subject to Apple's Terms of Use.

Article 5 (Subscription Auto-Renewal)

The Premium Plan is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless auto-renewal is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew.

Subscription management and cancellation can be performed through the iOS Settings app.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the App:

Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
Activities related to criminal acts
Activities that destroy or interfere with the functions of the App's servers or networks
Activities that may interfere with the operation of the App
Activities that collect or accumulate personal information about other users or third parties
Activities that use the App for illegal purposes
Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App
Other activities that We deem inappropriate

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the App and all content related to the App (text, images, programs, etc.) belong to Us or to third parties with legitimate rights.

The copyright of recording data created by Users in the App belongs to the Users.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

We shall not be liable for the following matters related to the App:

The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content
Damages incurred by Users through the use of the App
Failure of Users' devices or loss of data
Unauthorized use of the App by third parties
Temporary interruption, suspension, or termination of the App

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the App is free from defects or suitable for specific purposes.

Article 9 (Service Changes and Termination)

We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the App without prior notice to Users.

We may terminate the provision of the App at Our discretion.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Use)

We may change these Terms as necessary. When these Terms are changed, the revised Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted in the App or on Our website.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)

The handling of personal information shall be in accordance with the separately defined "Privacy Policy."

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising from the App, the court having jurisdiction over Our location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
